My love for blush was started with Revlon summer limited
edition. I was fall in love with their blush. It was pretty, it decorated like
a flower petal. And I was nice on my skin. But it discontinued since it was a
limited edition stuff. And I thought I should get another Revlon. And I did. I
bought their powder blush, I forgot the shade name, but it was pink. I hated it
though. Although I have mentioned that some people noticed the natural flush on
my cheek and appreciated it, but I didn't like it and wouldn’t repurchase it.
I still haven’t decided whether I like glitter on my blush
or not. The Revlon one was powdery, and had no glitter in it. It was also
difficult to pick up the color. I had to apply again and again before you could
notice the color on my cheek. Probably that was the cause it looked natural. It
was so powdery that it was also on the mirror attached in the packaging.
The packaging was simple, black plastic with small mirror
inside. It also equipped with small brush to reapply it. Though I hated the
brush. It was difficult to apply correctly since it was too small. It was also fragile. The pan was loose after
I dropped it once. So I had to be careful or I would drop it and broke it again
next time.
I read online that powder blush was the best option for oily
skin. I had my eye on some cream blushes before, but after reading a lot saying
about big no-no for oily skin, I decided to find another powder blush.
Talking about shade, this Revlon shade was in pink. And I
realize that pink was the best natural everyday color for my fair skin, but I
didn’t know why I always interested in peachy coral shade. Though I didn’t sure
which one was that and would it suitable for me.
I wouldn’t repurchase Revlon obviously, and
since I was half done with that, I already had my list on blushes I wanted to
buy. I read some good reviews about elf, with it being dupe for nars and stuff.
And I had 2 shade in particular, the coral and twinkle pink. I hoped I liked it
as I read so many rave about those two. But I haven't found out whether elf
could shipped to Indonesia or not.
