  • About me
i was actually thinking of getting mini lipstick set since i can't seem to finish a full size lipstick. but in a set of three, there's always one shade that i don't like, so i decided not to buy the set. instead, i bought another shade of ombrella lip tint. mainly because they have lots of shade and it's tiny. i hope i can finish at least one. i was thinking of getting hayg and underground, but hayg is sold out, so i decided to find a peachy shade. but it's hard to decide based on their swatch and from the video. somehow, the swatch is different from one person to another. it's very confusing to pick so i hope their swatches would be better, maybe more pictures to show swatches on different skin tone? anyway, at the end i decided to pick twinnie and underground, hoping that twinnie is not to orange on me.
the box
the shade name on the side
this is the description from their website: skincare infused liptint! get your fresh ombre lips like k-idol effortlessly. with a long-lasting and non-drying formulation, you can use this lip tint all day without worrying about causing chapped lips or unnatural stains. gives instant cover even on dark lips with intense pigmentation in one swipe. somethinc ombrella lip totem tint is now available in 28 shades!
ingredients list at the back
the packaging: every ombrella comes in a box that's color-coordinated with their real shade. and it's gradient as well. you can read the shade name on side of the box. the lip tint itself comes in short plastic tube that's color coordinated with the shade. for twinnie, it's peachy orange, for underground it's nude. the cap is transparent and the wand is attached to the cap. the wand is leaf-like shape with pointy tip so it's easy to use especially toward the side of my mouth. the tube is quite short since it's only 1,5 ml, that's why i hope i can finish it up. at least one.
the tube and the box
the color: as mentioned in their website, there are 28 shades to pick from, ranging from nude, pink, orange and red. i had nikola which leans on pinkish nude cool tone (actually it's a MLBB for me). underground is supposed to be nude, but there's a mauve undertone to it. that's why, i thought it would be slightly nude-ish compared to nikola, but turns out it the mauve undertone is quite strong. that's why on some people, it looks purplish. while twinnie, on swatches, it looks peachy. however, on me, the orange tone is quite strong. the first time i swatch it, i'm surprised to see how orange it looks on me. i have to be careful with this one.
the wand
the product: it's a lip tint which is a gel-ish liquid lip product. it's slightly sticky to the touch and the wand picks up too much product at first, so i always swipe off some before swiping it on my lips. it's easy to spread it around and on first swipe, the color seems to be a bit too much, but as i keep swiping it around, it tones down and you can always add more to your liking. this one is scented and there's a cooling sensation when it's freshly applied.
hand swatches
the result: maybe, for lighter color, the durability is quite low. for nikola, the color seems to vanish pretty quickly after eating and drinking. and i notice that goes the same with underground. while for twinnie, it doesn't. not by much. this is a lip tint, so it's supposed to leave some stain behind. but since underground is nudish color, with mauve undertone which is almost like my lips, so the stain is barely noticeable. but for twinnie, if i only swipe a little, the stain doesn't show up. but i use a bit too much, than the stain will be noticeable. not drying on the lips as well.
full face swatch
lips swatches
i have to say that i have difficulties in picking up the shades, but the product is decent. it's a decent lip tint. it's easy to use and it's suitable for daily, if you can pick the right shade, that is. the price is very affordable and somethinc often holds sales. i might not buy another shade aside from hayg since i'm still curious of that one. i do hope that they give decent swatches for next reference since the color is hard to figure out. if you're looking for a lip tint, then i suggest to try this one. i bet there's one out of 28 shades that might work for you.
finally i could go back to japan after almost three years! sadly, there's not so much interesting stuff especially the makeup and skincare items. most of them are out of stocks and there's almost no new items to try. except probably from the shiseido group. but their price range is out of my budget, so i almost didn't buy anything there. but, i like canmake stay on balm rouge and i decided to buy another shade. something lighter and on the peachy side, so i get no.20. anyway, my old one is so worn out that i couldn't see the number of shade. i was afraid i ended up buying the same shade. luckily i bought something entirely new, so pheww...

this is the description from their website: OK to apply directly, even to chapped lips. a tinted rouge like a moisturizing lip balm. moisturizing lipstick with staying power. UV-reducing effect (contains no ultraviolet absorbers). wave goodbye to troublesome lip makeup. the moisturizing ability of a lip balm, the color of a lipstick, the sheen of a gloss, plus UV protection.. this single item will satisfy even the most demanding of women. super-rich oils enfold your lips like a silken robe! created a thin film that clings flexibly to your lips, for a comfortable, non-sticky feeling that lasts and lasts. you'll be amazed by how smoothly it goes on, even without applying lip balm first. provides solid color despite the light texture, creating irresistible lips with a natural luster. moisturizing while wearing makeup. contains beautifying and moisturizing agents. keeps your lips plump, soft and moist while wearing it. protects against the ultraviolet rays that cause dryness, chapping and dullness.
no.20 is cotton peony- deep coral pink
the stay on balm rouge
the packaging: there's no box. only the pen-shape lip balm, covered with plastic sealing. you can see the shade number on the label at the body and maybe at the bottom. there's no shade name. all the balm comes in pen-shape, plastic pink tube that you can twist the bottom part to get the balm out. there's a metallic cap to cover the top part.
shade number
the shade: i don't know how many shades are there in this line. but i think this one is newly added to their line-up. there's some seasonal shades as well, but there wasn't any when i went there. mine is 20 which is the cotton peony, which is a deep coral pink. on the tube, it looks coral but on swatch, it leans toward peachy coral.
how it looks like in the tube
the product: it comes in stick that looks moisturizing from the tube. like a glistening balm stick. it has slanted tip on top, but it's easily get blunt once i use it frequently.
how it looks like on my hand
the result: the color might look intimidating in the tube, but once you swipe it, the color payoff is not as dark as in the tube. on my hand, weirdly it leans a bit brown. on my lips, it definitely leans toward the peachy orangey side, but luckily, not that orange. it's pretty but screams summer. it's moisturizing without being overly sticky. since this is a tinted lip balm, it doesn't hold that long. it vanishes after eating and drinking.

this is my second balm rouge and i'm happy with my second purchase, but i don't think i will buy another one since the price is definitely cheaper in japan, and it's not widely available here. so i think i'll resort to local brand afterward. it's quite sad to see that there's not so much options when i went to japan. hopefully they will recover from COVID soon. anyway. if you happen to like tinted balm that's not overly sticky but still moisturizing, you can try this one.
trial kit or travel set are my weakness. i always want to buy one whenever i see one. just like this one. i've tried the essence and i like it, so i decided to buy it without looking closely what it consisted of. turns out, it contains the essence, serum, day night and night cream. both the creams are too tiny to bring for trip more than 3 days, so i didn't bring it with my during my trips. anyway, since i've finished the essence, let's try the night cream first.

this is the description from their website: regenerate your skin with the best regenerating night cream. night is the best time for your skin to regenerate. that's why, use ERHA anti-aging moisturizer which is formulated to be the best, like age corrector niacinamide and phytosqualane night cream. it's specially formulated to help speeding up the regeneration process, helps brighten and fades dark spots, fine lines, and aging signs caused by UV rays and free radicals. nourish and regenerate skin at night. anti aging products that contains peptide and PHA, formulated specifically to work together to nourish and helps speeding up skin regeneration maximally. brightens and moisturizes skin. contains brightening peptide and niacinamide that helps to gives moisture optimally as well as brightens skin tone and fades age spots on the face. helps prevent early aging signs. all the ingredients combined together works as antioxidant that acts as skin multi protection to prevent aging that's caused by the environment (pollution or free radicals).

description and ingredients list at the back
the packaging: i bought this in a set, so it comes in a red/white box with description of everything inside at the back. there's a picture of everything in the set at front. all the products are placed on a cardboard platform so everything is secure inside. both the day and night cream come in squeeze tube like an ointment tube, only it's made of plastic. both still use red/white combination, but for the night cream, the white is at the bottom while the red is on top. opposite to the day cream. just like the day cream, they seal the opening with aluminum foil. it only comes in 6 g so it's not that much, even for a sample size.
the tube
the scent: it's basically scentless, but you can pick up the subtle scent from the natural ingredients. it's not overwhelming, but it's noticeable. but once you put it on your face, you can barely smell it.
how it looks like on my hand
the product: the cream is brownish cream in color, slightly darker compared to the day cream. it's thicker than the day cream and still has that gel consistency into it. it's easy to spread around but takes a minute to fully sink in.
after spreading it around
the result: even though it's thicker than the day cream, for me it's not occlusive enough as a night cream, especially if i use retinol or other acid. it's moisturizing, but compared to my other night cream, this one feels quite lightweight.

i have to say that this cream is suitable for all skin type, but i don't think it'll be enough for dry skin as it's not occlusive enough. but if your routine is quite simple, then this night cream would be enough. but for me, i don't like it. i don't know how much it will be or how big is the full size one, so i can't say anything about it. for me, it's a pass.
just like i said in my other post, i bought this erha age corrector trial kit because i thought i could bring it on traveling, but it turned out that it only has essence, serum, day cream and night cream. it doesn't even have a facial foam so i can't bring it with me during traveling. plus, aside from the essence, the size is really tiny so it's no use to bring them since it will be gone before i get home. anyway, i have no choice but to try it at home now. i've used up the essence so now it's the moisturizers turn. this time the day cream one.

this is the description translated from their website: new anti aging formula is coming. moist face all the time with age corrector day moisturizer. new formula from anti aging system in which not only capable of maintaining elasticity but also can help fade wrinkles on the skin maximally. helps to look younger with wrinkle filler effect. with matrixyl synthe-6 that acts as wrinkle filler effect that works to moist and fade fine lines and wrinkles on face, maintain skin elasticity, make skin looks healthy, bright and tight. face looks bright and well-nourished all day. face looks moist and bright because of vitamin e, a, c and P that works as an antioxidant. helps to prevent early aging.

description and ingredients list at the back

the tube
the scent: for the day cream, there's a subtle scent perhaps from the ingredients, but it's barely noticeable unless you sniff it real close.
how it looks like on my hand
the product: it's a pale cream moisturizer, but the consistency is close to lotion. it's quite runny that i have to tilt it upside down so it won't come out from the opening before i press the tube. since it's quite runny, it's easy to spread around and doesn't take long time to be absorbed.
after spreading it around
the result: the moisturizer is quite lightweight, but still has some punch. it's quite moisturizing for a day cream. for me personally, it will be too oily when the weather is hotter, but for now during the rainy days, it works okay. the sample size is too little to prove its claim, but it's quite moisturizing so probably it will work well to prevent aging signs.

i have to say that this is not my preference. even though it has lotion-like consistency, it's quite moisturizing and can be a bit oily. somehow it feels similar to hada labo emulsion that i couldn't finish. luckily, i only get this in a sample size, or i wouldn't be able to finish it. anyway, i think it's more suitable for normal to dry skin and can be too oily for oily skin, but there's the set, so you can try it first before deciding. price wise, i can't say for sure since i don't know the price of the full size one. as for me, definitely won't buy the full size nor repurchase the set.

azarine released a bunch of serums in marvel designs. at that time, i still have several serums in my stash, so i can't just go buy them. but at that time, i almost finished my vitamin c serum, so i bought that at first and i'm impressed. then on my next visit to sociolla, i decided to take a look at all of them and i wanted to try their bakuchiol serum first since i still have some retinol serum. since i try true to skin bakuchiol serum, i like to try other bakuchiol serums on the market as well, so i guess why not.

this is the description translated from their website: retinol alternative youth preserve fade lines and wrinkles. newest innovation! anti aging serum with korean bakuchiol plant extract (vegan) as retinol alternative with multi-peptide technology and stem cell. anti-aging serum with peptide and bakuchiol to fade wrinkles and treat blemish skin. this serum is an alternative for pregnant and lactating mothers, and sensitive skin. formulated with stem cell technology to precipitate collagen production in the skin so it looks tight and wrinkle free.

ingredients: aqua, glycerin, propanediol, bakuchiol, sodium hyaluronate, malus domestica fruit cell, cell culture extract, laminaria digitata extract, centella asiatica extract, pieca abies extract, allantoin, acrylates crosspolymer, panax ginseng root extract, glycolic acid, tetrapeptide-21, chlorphenesin, caffeine, sodium benzoate, xanthan gum.
the box
the packaging: it comes in purple box with marvel design at front (i honestly don't know what kind of picture is this), there's description and ingredients list in english and indonesian at the back and on the side. the bottle is purple see-through glass bottle with white cap. they choose dropper to dispense the product. i have no problem with the dropper and it works well until the end. the serum only comes in 20 ml, which seems to be the norm among local brands. but it's less than other serums used to be.
description on the box
the scent: i think all bakuchiol serums have this slightly foul scent because of the ingredients. it's as bad as the previous elsheskin and also the inkey list moisturizer. yeah sure, it doesn't last, but it's still annoying. i just wish they add fragrance to cover the foul scent.
the bottle
the product: the serum is a transparent gel type serum that's quite thick. but it turns water when i spread it around. it takes a minute or two to be completely absorbed. aside from bakuchiol, this serum also contains peptide, sodium hyaluronate and cica. it also contains glycolic acid but there's no percentage how much it is.
the serum inside the dropper
the result: i have to say that sadly, i see no difference after using this serum. it doesn't help the retinol to fight acne like true to skin one. it's just hydrating and a bit moisturizing. however, i notice that this helps with exfoliation. i helps lighten up my acne scar faster in combination with sunday riley GG serum and vitamin c serum.
how it looks like on my hand
after blending it
actually i'm quite disappointed with this serum. with a lot of people raving about this one, i had hoped that it will work well for me too. but apparently, that's not the case. this one doesn't work for me. but i think it's a good one. it's hydrating and gentle enough but still exfoliate your skin. if you think you can't use retinol or you're breastfeeding or pregnant, then you can try this serum. it's very affordable, like crazy affordable. even without sale. i honestly have no idea how they could do it. as for me, between the vitamin c and bakuchiol serum from azarine that i've tried, i like the vitamin c better. as you've guessed, i won't repurchase this.

this moisturizer is highly praised for quite a while, but i haven't gotten the chance to try it. and i have this weird stance regarding highly-raved products. i tend to lose interest when it's highly raved, that's why i've been using other moisturizer but this. but, i run out of stuff to try so i decided to give it a try. especially when they release a travel set. i thought i would just try everything from the travel set, but then i found out that the moisturizer in the set is very tiny, so i bought the full size one on top of the one from the travel set.
the box
this is the translated description from their official marketplace channel: a moisturizer that combines 3 active ingredients, ceramide, hyaluronic acid, and centella asiatica, to deal with broken skin barrier problems such as acne, redness, texturized skin, and dry skin quickly and safely for skin barrier. enriched with 4x ceramide technology, which is a combination of 5 types of ceramide that gives deep moisture and strengthens skin barrier. 5x ceramide helps to repair and protect skin barrier by giving moisture and protecting skin from external factors.
ingredients list at the back
hero ingredients:
- 5x ceramide: combination of 5 types of ceramide to restore and create skin protection layer to prevent moisture loss.
- hyaluronic acid: hydrates skin instantly and intensively repairs skin cells deeply.
- centella asiatica: soothes and repairs inflammation on skin.
- marine collagen: maintain moisture and skin suppleness.
everything in the set
the packaging: i bought this in a travel set, so this comes in light blue box with big transparent plastic window at front so you can see everything inside from the outside. there's description of everything inside at the back. everything from the 5x ceramide lines come in light blue packaging, including the moisturizer. the sample size is the miniature of the full size one. it comes in light blue jar with white screw cap. the sample size is only 5 ml while the full size one is 30 ml.
the tub
the scent: i don't think this one is scented, but i might be mistaken. all i remember is this one doesn't smell foul or bad, and might be smell a bit fresh.
how it looks like inside the tub
the product: it's a white gel type moisturizer that's quite thick. the consistency is similar to true to skin moisturizer. but once it's spread around, it turns watery and easy to spread around. it takes a minute to be absorbed though.
how it looks like on my hand
the result: once it's absorbed, i can feel that this is hydrating and moisturizing. the feeling is similar to somethinc ceramide. even though it's moisturizing enough, it's still lightweight. it gives a slight glow, but not much. it works well with my other skincare products, no pilling or whatever.
after blending it
i get it why it's being raved. it works well, it feels nice on the skin and it really does what it's promised for. i think it's suitable for all skin types, but maybe not enough at night time as it's a gel type and quite lightweight. as for me, i think this one is on par with somethinc ceramide, so if you've tried the other, you might not find this any different. price wise, this is slightly more expensive, but still affordable especially if you bought it during sales.
i was happy when avoskin released mini size of their new moisturizers. i wanted to try them all but if it's too much, then i won't be able to finish them all. that's why i'm glad for minis. anyway, i've tried the yellow and blue one, and the last one that i might be trying is their pink one since i'm not interested in the purple one (arbutin). this one is appealing because they say that it contains polypeptide and red algae. i was hoping that i could bring this on my japan trip as night cream, but later you'll see why it's not a good idea.

this is the description translated from their website: water based moisturizer with lightweight gel texture and easy to absorb. aside from maintaining skin moisture, this moisturizer contains polypeptide which is effective in reducing fine lines and wrinkles as well as softening the skin. combined with acetyl glucosamine, one of amino acids that is available naturally in the skin to help maintain skin health and texture. equipped with red algae that has film-forming on skin surface that helps maintain skin moisture so it makes skin looks healthy and soft.
the box
ingredients list: Water, Glycerin, Propanediol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Pentylene Glycol, Dicaprylyl Carbonate, Butylene Glycol, Glyceryl Acrylate/Acrylic Acid Copolymer, Acetyl Glucosamine, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Lactobacillus/Soybean Ferment Extract, Lactobacillus Ferment, Lactobacillus/Acerola Cherry Ferment, Lactococcus Ferment, Bifida Ferment Filtrate, Lactococcus Ferment Lysate, Lactobacillus/Punica Granatum Fruit Ferment Extract, Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Tromethamine, Glucose, Chlorella Vulgaris Extract, Chondrus Crispus Extract, Sodium Polyglutamate, Fructose, Fructooligosaccharides
the tub on the box
the packaging: it comes in a pink box with description and ingredients list printed on the side and the back of the box. the design is the same as the rest of other types. the only difference is the color. they color coded it according to the variation. the moisturizer comes in a pink plastic tub that has similar vibe as the box. since this is a mini one, they only come in regular tub. which means, it has screw cap and when you take it off, there's this white plastic separator so the air doesn't meet the product right away. as i've mentioned, there are two size, the full size one which is 30 ml and the mini one which is 15 ml. mine is the mini one so it's 15 ml. there's no spatula provided.
how it looks like in the tub. yeah. i almost finish it before i realize that i haven't taken the pic
the scent: i don't think it's scented, but it doesn't smell weird nor foul either.
how it looks like on my hand
the product: just like its siblings, it's a lightweight gel type moisturizer. if i have to say, the texture is right between the blue one and the yellow one, with the blue one being thinner and the yellow one is thicker. but, even though this has some kind of viscosity to it, i can spread it around easily. though it takes a minute to be absorbed. looking at the ingredients, it looks promising, with a bunch of goody ingredients like glycerin, BG and red algae aside from several fermented extracts.
after blending it
the result: looking at the ingredients, i thought it would be oaky to be used at night. however, the texture is too lightweight that it's not occlusive enough. i can even get away with using this in the morning as well! but, let me remind you that when i used this, i was in japan around 9-15 degrees so it's quite cool and a bit dry. that's why, after several days, i found that this moisturizer is more suitable for mornings and i have to use something else for night time as i still use my actives. it gives glowy finish and doesn't feel tacky. works well with my other skincare products.

that's why i said, my original thought of using this as a night cream during my trip was failed. it's not occlusive enough during cold weather. more over if you used actives. i would say that this one is suitable for all skin types. maybe oily skin can use this at night, but for the other skin types, you can even use this in the morning. price wise, the full size one is a bit pricey, maybe because of the airless pump packaging, but the mini size one is quite affordable. but it finishes fast! anyway, if you're curious or not sure whether it will suit you or not, you can try the mini one first. as for me, my favorite will be the blue one and then the yellow one and this one is my least favorite because i expected it to be more occlusive. but that doesn't mean that this one is bad. it's just a matter of preference.

it's safe to say that at this point, i'm running out of vitamin c serum to try. yeah sure, i haven't tried erha or bhumi one, but i don't feel like trying them somehow. then i saw glowlabs several times on my instagram, so i decided to try it. this is the second time i find a local brand that doesn't use dark tinted bottle for a vitamin c serum. let's see how it goes this time.

this is the description translated from their official marketplace page: make it spotless and brighter skin. glo-c serum is a serum with active ingredients: vitamin c/ ethyl ascorbic acid and tranexamic acid. vitamin c/ ethyl ascorbic acid works to brighten skin, acts as anti-oxidant, prevents early aging signs, and supports collagen production.
tranexamic acid works to fade stubborn dark spots, prevents excess melanin reformation that can cause hyperpigmentation, evens out skin tone.
these two active ingredients maximally brightens, gets rid of dark spots and prevents it from reappearing again. for all skin type.
the box
ingredients: aqua, 3-0 ethyl ascorbic acid, glycerin, centella asiatica extract, butylene glycol, ethyoxydiglycol, hydroxyethylcellulose, tranexamic acid, milk protein, lactose, disodium EDTA, chlorphenesin
description at the back
the packaging: it comes in gradient light blue box with description at the back as well as ingredients list. the serum itself comes in frosted glass bottle with a label with similar design as the box. it's see through so you can see the remaining product inside. it uses dropper to dispense the product and the dropper works okay until the last drop. even though it's short, but it manages to pick the product until the last drop. it comes in 20 ml which somehow becomes the norm among local brands, but it's less than other serums worldwide, which usually comes in 30-50 ml.
the bottle
the scent: this one is scentless and doesn't have any foul scent at all. it doesn't even smell acidic like most vitamin c serum are.
how it looks like in the dropper
the product: the serum is a transparent viscous gel type serum. it's quite thick that i have to pause for a second so it will pick up a dropper-full amount of product. i use a whole dropper for my face and neck. the serum is transparent at first and the color doesn't change even though i don't store it in the refrigerator. it's quite amazing considering they claim this one contains EAA as their vitamin c derivative of choice.
how it looks like on my hand
the result: i can't say for sure since i stop using this serum when i went to japan. i was afraid that i'll run out of it in the middle of my trip so i didn't bring it with me. however, during the first and second half of using it, i can only feel that this one is moisturizing for sure. more moisturizing than somethinc one but similar to whitelab. as for the brightening effect, i think it works okay in evening my skin tone, but not much on its own for my acne scars. but combined with retinoid and AHA serum, it works well in fading my acne scars.
after blending it
i'm speechless with this serum. how come it manages not getting oxidized even though it doesn't come in a dark tinted bottle and not being stored in a refrigerator? do they really use EAA? anyway, questions aside, it does seem legit and works. i think it'll suitable for all skin types, especially to normal to dry skin. it's affordable but remember that it only comes in 20 ml so price per ml might not differ much from the 30ml one. as for me, i won't repurchase it because of preference only. i prefer those serums that come in pumps, and if i have to pick, i think i like azarine one better than this one. let me remind you, that it's only a matter of preference and not performance so if you're curious about it, give it a try yourself.
somehow some local brands decided to launch sunscreens almost at the same time. after somethinc bombarded the market with their suncreens, then avoskin and finally skintific. i wanted to try them all but i have to finish my japan sunscreen stash first. so once i'm almost finish with my stash, i started to buy local sunscreens one by one starting from skintific. i actually was surprised when i received it. i intended to buy one by one, but then once i realized that the size is quite small, i decided to stash them at once. let's start from the ceramide one.
the box of the set

this is the translated description from their official marketplace site: sunscreen with main ingredients 5X ceramide that can repair and restore skin barrier. equipped with the newest UV filter that has been patented by BASF germany (tinosorb S/M) that can protect skin from UVA and UVB and blue light, with SPF 50+ PA ++++ without irritating skin. it has lightweight texture that can be absorbed quickly, not oily and gives moist end looks. with added hyaluronic acid that can return and lock moisture on skin.

hero ingredients:
- 5x ceramide: restore and forms skin barrier and prevent moisture loss on skin.
- tinosorb S/M: the newest uv filter that has been patented by BASF germany and can give protection from uv rays without irritating the skin.
- hyaluronic acid: restores and locks moisture on skin.
left: the full size sunscreen
right: the sample
the packaging: it comes in light blue box that's sealed with plastic sealing. there's description on the box. the sunscreen itself comes in light blue plastic tube with plastic screw cap. the bottle is almost flat and short since it only comes in 25 ml which is not much for sunscreen. usually my japanese sunscreen comes in 50 ml or even more. it has spout to dispense the product. anyway, recently skintific released a set that comes with a mini size of this sunscreen, which is only 5 ml which you can buy separately or in a set so it might not be much, but it's okay for retouch or for long haul so when you arrive at your destination, you can apply new later of sunscreen.
the back of the tube
the scent: it doesn't have any scent, or at least not noticeably.
the spout of both the full size and the sample
the product: it's a white creamy type that's has a slight gel texture in it. it's quite viscous but it's easy to spread around. it doesn't leave white cast at all once it's spread around.
how it looks like on my hand
the result: this one is definitely a more moisturizing type of sunscreen. it works well in terms of protecting as i didn't get any sunburn even though i hike to the mountain and walked under the bright sunlight during my trip to japan. this layers well under makeup and over my other skincare products.
after blending it, no white cast
i have to agree that this is a moisturizing type sunscreen so i don't think it'll be suitable for hot humid weather and oily skin. if you have oily skin and want to try this one, then i suggest you skip the moisturizer or opt for a lighter moisturizer instead. as for me, i don't think i like this type of sunscreen. it's heavier than the one that i've used to use, so i'd probably won't repurchase.
