the packaging: the hair oil comes in a cardboard box, it has gold metallic decoration at front with the name of the product at front. there's a bunch of description in multilingual on the side and at the back of the box. the bottle itself is a gold glass bottle with gold pump head covered with gold plastic cap. this one comes in 100 ml, but somehow the bottle seems bigger. probably because it's made of glass so it feels heavier than the extraordinary oil. and the shape of the bottle. it's like a tall guitar body, so probably it looks bigger and taller but it has the same volume as the extraordinary one.

the scent: this definitely scented as it has added perfume in the ingredients. however, i can't describe the scent. it's different from argan products from the body shop, and it's quite fragrant yet weird at first. at first i thought i like the extraordinary one better, but my husband and my youngest son said that they like this one better. however, it doesn't linger long. for me anyway. because i wash my hair every two days, and i exercise regularly, so the scent doesn't linger.

the product: honestly, since i've used this quite long, i can't say the difference with the extraordinary oil since it's been too long since i use that one last time. for the mythic oil, it's a runny type oil. not super runny like water, but for oil, it's considered pretty lightweight. the suggestion says to use 1-2 pumps, but since my hair is quite long and thick, i use about 3 pumps from midlength to the end of my hair. i don't use it near my scalp as usually hair oil tends to make my hair oily quickly. though i wash my hair pretty frequently, this oil seems to last long. i still have more than half bottle despite using it regularly.

the result: you can clearly see in the picture that in combination with my xiaomi hair dryer, it works really well. my hair is less frizzy, no more dry ends. though it's not super shiny like the hair in the ads, but i'm happy with the result. my hair is soft and smooth without looking super oily at the scalp. however, it doesn't help much to prevent hair falling. but i guess it's not the hair oil's fault since they don't say anything about hair fall reduction.

anyway, i was planning to repurchase this whenever it's on sale. i guess it worths the extra money. compared to extraordinary oil, i see the result from day one. but if you don't have the budget, i'd say the extraordinary one is pretty good as well. as for me, i decided to try another l'oreal professionnel product, and if that one doesn't work, i'll switch back to this hair oil. 

i'm not super stylish person. in fact, i rarely buy clothes because i keep getting pregnant and then nursing. but i've been losing post pregnancy weight (though it's been too long since my last pregnancy..) and most of my clothes has worn out, so husband keeps telling me to buy clothes. so here i am, in the midst of pandemic, buying more clothes in this year more than other year in our marriage. now i have to hold down the urge to buy more clothes.. so i decided to take outfit pictures. so i can see i have a lot of clothes, so i don't need to buy another one. 

i'm not super dressy person either. i'm more "t shirt and jeans" kind of person. but my husband keeps telling me to dress up nicely. not super dressy, but at least show some effort to dress up. not just t shirt and jeans. so i decided to put more thinking before buying clothes. how i could mix and match those clothes with clothes that i've already owned. it might sound silly to dress up at home, but luckily my kids' schools are a little bit strict about clothing. my kids still have to wear their uniforms during online school. and they expect parents to wear decent clothes so when we accidentally popped out on their screen, we still look decent. and as parents, we're supposed to give the example, so by looking decent we're giving them example to get ready in the morning for the day. as if nothing happens. as if it's natural to go to school from home. so anyway.. this is my two weeks worth of outfit, my first week is only 3 days because i haven't got mirror before then.

the packaging: since i bought this in a set, this set comes in a peach soft pouch secured by a cardboard sleeve that has picture of everything inside the set. there's description at the back of the sleeve about all three products. the pouch has a zip so you can bring it with you when you're travelling. all products inside are cushioned with papers. there's also a card that comes with the set. all the products has white packaging but different color pattern on briogeo label. for this "don't despair, repair" set, the briogeo logo is red and black in color. the mask itself comes in a white plastic tube with white screw cap. another description on the body in english.

the scent: this one is scented, but nothing too much. i can still bear with it. i think it is similar with the leave in conditioner, but i can't say for sure since i use it quite some time before using the mask. 

the product: the mask is white cream. it's quite thick, but has slightly gel consistency to it. compared to my body shop hair mask, the body shop one is more dense, more like butter. while this one is a little more lightweight. i can spread it easily from mid shaft to the end of my hair. i'm focusing more on my ends since that's where my hair is dry. i usually leave it until the end of my shower and rinse it off.

the result: i brought this with me when we went to bali last week. i knew that we're going to swim almost everyday if we let the kids have their way, and i'm pretty sure the hotel's conditioner won't be enough for my hair, so thank goodness i brought it along. i use it instead of hair conditioner, and it works well. my hair is saved. until i got home, my hair was still okay, no dryness. even though we swam almost everyday. it makes my hair soft and smooth even though i didn't bring my hair oil with me.

i have to say, though i don't like the leave in conditioner, i do love this hair mask. no wonder the mask is one of their best sellers. if you have dry and frizzy hair, i do recommend you to try this mask if you have the budget. but if you have oily scalp, i think you should just use this at the end of your hair. as for me, it's way out of my budget for the full size, but i would buy another mini size if i could.

the packaging: since i bought this as a set, it comes in a pink cardboard box with a transparent plastic window at front so you can see all the lip coats inside. but the plastic window is not completely transparent. it has handwritten on it, either it is petite or mini according to which set you buy. all the lip coats inside is similar to the current full size lip coats. it comes in a frosted plastic tube with white plastic cap. on the body you can see the color of the shade of the lip coats. it only has tiny text of BLP on it while the older version has big BLP letters printed on the body. you can read the shade name on the bottom. since this is a mini version, the doe foot applicator is mini as well. it has slanted tip so it can reach my lips comfortably. however, i think the applicator picks up too much product so i often scrape of some of it before dab it on my lips. packaging wise, i think it's pretty and clean, it's refreshing to look at. i wouldn't guess that it's a local brand product judging from the packaging.

the color: i told you i bought the petite set, and it has 4 colors. peppermint pink is a baby pink, i was afraid that it's too washed out for me, but it's not. it's leaning toward cool tone pink. the persimmon pie is a dark mauve, quite dark, so i was surprised swatching it the first time. maple waffle is a chocolate shade. this is one of the three new shades that's released with the new formula. compared to other chocolate shades, this one has mauve undertone, which is clearly seen when you compared it, but swatching it alone, you'd probably just see a chocolate shade. bloody mary is a deep red. i gave the bloody mary away because i knew i won't use it, and it would be too dark for me. so there won't be any picture of me using it on my lips.

the product: the formula is creamy. it's easy to spread it around, but you have to be quick as it sets to a matte finish. the color is pretty pigmented so i usually only use a little to dab it on my lips then spread it around with my finger.

the result: the problem with the older version that it's messy since it's not transferproof. this newer version is not transferproof as well, but it's better. however, since this gives matte finish, you have to prep your lips before using this lip coat. it's drying my lips. though i use lip balm regularly, this lip coats dry my lips out. but it's still bearable for me. nothing that lip balm can't solve. i don't use lipstick or makeup for a long duration now, so i can't say for sure how long it could stay on my lips. but if i eat or drink, obviously the color will fade away from the center of my lips. 

i have to say i'm glad that i bought this in mini version. not because it's not a good product. it is a good product, and compared to other lip cream in my collection, i like this better. but the color option is my collection is so-so. my favorite among all would be maple waffle, which is surprising considering i never use any chocolate shade. but apparently it's wearable for. especially if i wear terracotta shirt. i still try to make persimmon pie works on me without looking too dark, but it's too pigmented so even though i only use a little bit, it still shows up vibrantly. oh well. i hope i could finish a mini lip coat, but i guess it would forever, so buying a mini size is a wise move. if you still into lip cream or liquid lipstick, then you should check them out. all the shades are wearable, so i bet you could find a favorite. price wise, it's still reasonable. as for me, i don't think i'll repurchase since it seems to last forever. finishing one of them would be a great achievement for me.

the packaging: the mini kit comes in a red holographic cardboard box with the picture of all products inside at front. at the back, you can read the description of each product in korean. i think they put ingredients list as well, but since everything is in korean, so i'm not sure. the serum comes in a red plastic bottle with dropper on top to dispense the product. there's a bit description at the back in korean. the serum is the smallest of all, only comes in 10 ml. but i think most serum sample comes in that size.
