i've wanted to try goodal products for a while, but when i was in singapore, i only found their oil plus balancing oil emulsion, and i was hesitated between goodal dan faceshop. and at the end i decided to buy the face shop one. but i always wanted to try their want anti-wrinkle sleeping pack and their famous waterest oil line up, but they are quite pricey... so i keep hesitating for that reason. but i read good reviews about their nature solution pack, particularly the firming sleeping pack, so i decided to try it.
this is the description from their website: enriched with fermented honey, royal jelly and propolis for deep moisture, nourishment and brightening care.

the scent: this time it smells like honey. oh sweet honeyyyyy.... but very subtle. so don't worry, even though you're sensitive to scent, if you like honey, then you'll love this pack.
the product: the pack is like a very thick cream. almost like balm. but it spreads easily on my face. and it absorbs quickly too. and it doesn't leave sticky feeling. in fact, after it's absorbed completely, i only feel my skin moisturized but not greasy at all. even the next day, no greasy feeling. now, i've read somewhere about the lock-in properties, which i think after it's being absorbed completely, it won't smear onto your bed sheet or pillow cover. again, i don't use satin pillow cover. mine is cotton, and i think some of the pack still being absorbed by the pillow cover. how do i know? i'm a side sleeper, and the part of my cheeks are drier than my forehead when i wake up.
the result: oh well, i have to admit i love this stuff. it moisturizes my skin well without being greasy. i was afraid that it might be too rich for my combination skin. and turns out it doesn't! oh no.. is this another sign that i'm aging? *gasp* okay.. but really, it can sink into my skin and make it soft and supple the next morning. and it doesn't break me out. usually i experience break out due to thick cream (remembering the famous laneige firming sleeping pack that breaks me out), but not this one.
so, definitely a good substitute for my sulwhasoo sleeping pack. in term of moisturizing, both of them works well. but as for other properties, i have no saying since i don't see any lines yet. but both leave my skin soft and supple. just different scent. if you're on a budget then try goodal sleeping pack. but if you really like sulwhasoo and don't mind keep buying samples, then stick with it. both are great products.
