kitschy super dew hybrid toner

several months ago, i got this urge to try underrated local brands. i looked around for brands and products to try and i found several products that i want to try from kitsch, so i bought it from them directly since i purchased several products in one go. i've tried their moisturizer before so this time i'm trying their toner, which is the second products from kitschy that i'm going to try.

this is the description from their marketplace page (the one on their website is not available because it's sold out at the moment): hydrating and boosting your skincare in a super way. an essential hybrid toner with the properties of a serum and a toner in one.
what makes it special: a hybrid between a toner and a serum - moisturizing and concentrated all at the same time! helps improve dull, tired skin and overall radiance. helps restore skin's natural pH balance. boosts your skincare because of its concentrated ingredients. strengthens your skin barrier.

the box
the packaging: it comes in a yellow/green box that's made from recycled paper and the design is retro, so it's quite whimsical and unique. perhaps all the 'dew' products come in yellow/green combination because there are other products from other line that comes in different color combination. anyway, there's a bit description and ingredients list printed on the box but there's none on the bottle. the toner itself comes in green/blue glass bottle that's see-through with a white plastic pump head covered with another white plastic cap. there's only one label at front to indicate the name of the product. the pump head works fine and i don't have any problem with it. it's 60 ml which is not much for a toner (fyi, most sample size toners are 50 ml in size).
the bottle
the scent: i don't think this one is scented, but at least it doesn't smell foul. but when i sniff it real close, i get a hint of medicated scent?
pump head
the product: they say this one is a hybrid between toner and essence. well, the consistency is just that. it's somewhat in between. it's transparent and runny but it's not completely thin watery. it has some viscosity in it. it's still easy to spread around. it feels slippery when it's freshly applied. however, it takes a few seconds for it to be absorbed.
it looks runny on my hand
the result: since it's a bit viscous, it doesn't sink in instantly. if i have to describe it, i'd say it stay on top of my skin for a few seconds before slowly sinking in. it does feel more moisturizing than hydrating. but it's expected since it's a hybrid of essence and toner, so it's supposed to do more than just basic hydration. anyway, i don't feel anything else aside from a bit moisturizing. i don't have sensitive skin so i can't say anything about its soothing properties.
the glow after spreading it around
uhm.. i'm not totally sold on this hybrid thing. i don't have problems with thicker toner, however, i don't like the slippery feeling that i get after i spread it around. how it feels like it's on top of my skin before it finally sinks in. i just don't like it. anyway, if you're looking for something thicker but still lightweight, then this might be a good option for you. i think it'll be suitable for all skin types as long as it suits your preference. price wise it's affordable. availability wise, i think you can get it from their website of their official marketplaces. as for me, this is a no for me.
