etude house i need you snail mask

somehow i'm a little bit lost my interest in taking care of my skin. but i got my punishment. blemish started to show. and somehow last week i forced myself to use my mask sheet. this time i decided to use my snail mask. actually, snail is a hot ingredients for many koreans skincare products probably a year ago, and i haven't tried anything that contains snail up until last week.

the whole i need you mask series
this is the description from etudehouse.com: this mask sheet contains snail mucus ingredient (snail secretion filtrate) that protects the skin's natural barrier for smooth and elastic skin.

the packaging: this series usually have picture of the main ingredients in front of the package so we can see it clearly, makes it easier to grab. the snails mask also has snails picture in front of it. cute snails since they're not disgusting at all.

the smell: well, this one definitely doesn't smell like snail. it smells nice and a little bit refreshing.

the product: well, the first time i took it out from the package, this mask sheet felt cool. and although i'm still annoyed about the mask fit, somehow i manage to fit it more nicely than the previous mask. the upper lip part doesn't fall down easily like the previous one. the essence is generous, not too excessive. but this one doesn't dry out as dry as the other one after 20 minutes or so.

the result: this one is definitely moisturizing.. very moisturizing. i even skip my night regime and i can still feel my skin moist the next morning when i take my shower. it feels like there's a layer of moisture shielding my face.

i do like this mask has cooling effect and it's not as hard as the other one to fit my face. and the essence is not dripping all over so i can still do my activity. i think you have to use it a couple times before you can see the result, but if you have dry skin, probably this one can help you. but for combination oily skin, you might want to skip your night regime if you're using this mask. overall, this one worth a try.
