ever since i found out about this eye cream with a vibrating massager as its tip, i put it in my wish list for sure. i'm curious to see whether the vibrating tip is needed or even works. anyway, right after my previous eye cream is finished, i immediately bought this one and put it to try ASAP.

the description and ingredients list on the box |
the packaging: it comes in silver holographic box that's sealed by plastic sealing. there are descriptions in english as well as the ingredients list on the sides and the back of the box. the eye cream itself comes in the same silver holographic plastic squeeze tube with crystal massager tip. the tip is quite big and a bit heavy. it's covered with a transparent plastic cap. the crystal massager will vibrate when it touches the skin. there's a hole in the middle of it so the eye cream comes out of the hole when you squeeze the tube. the eye cream is 20 g which is slightly more than the usual eye cream that comes in 15 ml.
the tube |
the scent: it's scentless without any funny foul scent, which is perfect for an eye cream.
the crystal massager tip |
the product: the eye cream is a white lotion type cream. it's easy to spread around but it takes a minute to fully sinked in. however, the massager might feel tight when the eye cream hasn't spread out evenly. so far, the battery is still working, so i don't know how long will it last. another problem with this eye cream is that since this has a vibrating massager tip, it's heavier and longer so it's not practical to bring whenever i'm traveling. and i also not sure if i can bring this in my baggage? or should i put it in my cabin?
how it looks like on my hand |
the result: okay, i have to admit that i forgot to take progress picture while i'm using this eye cream, thus it's a little hard for me to evaluate its effectiveness. all i can feel that it's moisturizing, but not too much that it's starting to cause milia. i can only say that it moisturizes my under eyes area well that perhaps in the long run it will prevent fine lines from appearing. but for the dark eyes and reduce swollen eyes, i don't see both claims working. yeah sure, i have bad habit of sleeping late, but even with the other eye cream, i could see that it helps with dark under eyes despite my bad sleeping habit. not the case with this one. i can still see my swollen under eyes and a bit dark under eyes even though i've been using this eye cream regularly. i figure, the reducing swollen under eyes might work because of the crystal massager tip, especially if it's cold. but since i don't keep it in my fridge, it's not that cold to reduce puffiness.
after blending it |
let's just say that it's not as impressive as i thought it would be. probably because i've been drown in skintific hype that i was too excited to try it that when it doesn't up to my hope, it's a bit disappointing. but again, it might be just me. so if you're looking for a moisturizing eye cream that's not too heavy, then this is a good option. it's also a bonus since it comes with a vibrating massaging tip, so if you want a eye cream that has a built-in massager, then you should try this one. price wise, it's still affordable. as for me, i won't repurchase.
