when i asked my sister to buy me from nature FTE from koreadepart, i also asked her to buy petitfee eye patch. i bought two, the black pearl and the premium gold. i've tried the black pearl one, and i'm not too impressed, so let's see about this one.
the description from koreadepart website: pure gold ions move to normalize actively the physiological functions of the skin. contains rich essence with high absorption. rich moisture providing instant soothing effect and elasticity. soluble patch essence content absorb and turns into thin layer. natural gel content gel mask type.
the packaging: it comes in white and gold box, there's description in english and korea at the box. then when you open it, you can see a white tube with gold text on it. it has seal to keep the patches fresh. and they also provide a spatula to pick up the patches. trust me, you will need the spatula since the patches are too slippery to pick up by finger. if you insist of lifting it with your finger, you might risk tearing it. and i think they should make the spatula shape more pointy at the end, not flat ended shape like the one provided here.
the scent: i think it has exactly the same scent as the black pearl one. too fragrant for an eye product. so if you have sensitive skin or nose, think twice before buying this. although somehow i get accustomed to the scent and it doesn't bother me anymore.
the product: it's gold eye patches in the tub. but when i lift up one patch, it looks like transparent with sparkling gold. not entirely opaque gold like i thought before. it has ghost shape like the black pearl one. i kind of like this shape, since the chubby part can cover the part where there's usually where the crow feet starts. the essence is clear just like the black pearl. at first it will seem like it is enough for all the patches, but after awhile, it will dry out. that's why you have to use it fast. everyday or every other day. as frequently as you can. i also like that this one doesn't sting my eyes even though sometimes i wear it too close to my eyes.
the result: it definitely help moisturize my under eyes area. as for the brightening, i don't think i'm seeing any. i've been using it every day or every other day for about a month now, and i don't see any difference.
somehow i like the black pearl better, but i might be bias since the black pearl is my first encounter with these eye patches. but between petitfee and SNP, i like SNP better. the SNP one doesn't dry out even after pass its PAO. since both works better to add moisture to my under eyes area, then i will pick SNP. because i'm too lazy to use eye patch every other day or every night. and i don't want to waste my money on product that too quick to dry out. i think if you don't have sensitive nose, then try it, it's affordable after all. have you tried petitfee eye patches? any favorites? i'm seeing shangpree here and there on my ig feed, but i can't find any online seller that sells shangpree products, so i have to wait and see.
