sho bi disney toy story mask sheet

i knew i haven't written any review about this face mask because i couldn't find any information about it. and i was too lazy to google translate the packaging. but i guess it's time to do some work and get it done. i got this as a gift from a friend and actually i saw some more when i went to japan last time, but since i haven't tried it yet, i didn't get more.
this is the description google translated from the packaging and from amazon jp: 8 types of beauty ingredients - kawara sword extract, hyaluronic acid, kamitree flower extract, betaine, zubksa extract, hamamerelis extract, eyelet seed extract, cha leaf extract. contains 25 ml of serum.
TS face mask B ingredients list: water, glycerin, PG, BG, placenta extract, sodium hyaluronic acid, cherry blossom extract, kawara fascus extract, hydrolyzed eyelet seed extract, cha leaf extract, tsuvoca extract, hammereris extract, betain, allantoin, tocopherol acetate, ethanol, xanthan gum, carbomer, TEA, polysorbate 20, EDTA-2Na, phenoxyethanol, fragrance.

the packaging: i don't know if they're selling this in retail, but the ones i saw back in japan only come in boxes. a box of 10 masks. the design for the box and the individual packaging are the same. there are few designs as well. mine is the buzz lightyear one. looking at the description from amazon, there are three types of mask, A, B, and H. the buzz lightyear one is the B type. at front you can see buzz lightyear face dominating with purple background. at the back there's a description and ingredients list all written in japanese. only the brand name comes in english text, that's why i could google it.
the packaging
the scent: it smells a bit fresh. somehow i always think the scent is similar to wet tissue's scent. i don't mind with the scent, but if you have sensitivity toward fragrance or avoid fragrance, then skip this. it's clearly has an added fragrance in the ingredients list.

the product: the mask is thick but still soft and adheres well. it has slits on the temples and cheeks area. it has the useless lower lid flap that i hate. the fit is not the best for me. it has wider temples and long chin part but shorter jaw area. since the mask is quite thick, i'm not sure what type of the essence is. there's no excess essence either but the mask is well soaked in essence. i manage to put it on for about 30 minutes.
left: before
middle: mask on
right: after
the result: after taking it off, i can feel it adds hydration to my skin. i think it's quite lightweight and not too rich for my skin. it's a bit brightening as well, but as usual, the effect is only temporary.

well, for a fun mask like this one, it works okay. as usual, i think special edition masks like this is only for entertainment. they're usually just okay. i think if you want to buy this as gift it would be perfect. it would be suitable for all skin types as it adds hydration but still lightweight enough. as for me, since we can't travel to japan again, i don't think i'll get another one. even i could go to japan, i don't quite like the fit, so i won't repurchase. since this is a gift, i don't know the price. but considering i could find this in one of japan's drugstore, then it shouldn't be that expensive.
